There have to be some rules out here!

What works at work for October will focus on my set of personal, absolute rules for handling me and other people at work. I want to share them with you to convince you that you need a set of rules for yourself—not mine necessarily (of course you could have a worse starting place!) but a set that makes sense to you and works for you given your industry and type of people in your workplace. With people so stressed (for lots of good reasons) these days I think we need these personal guidelines more than ever.
